Welcome to the Emmy STACK01 ecosystem. This document outlines how we manage your "Digital DNA," protect your data, and govern our Partnership Program. By using our services or joining our team, you agree to these terms.
1. Privacy & Data Sovereignty
Information Collection: We collect names, email addresses, and payment details (Bank or Crypto) specifically to manage the Partnership Program.
Data Usage: Your data is used solely to generate unique referral codes and process commission payouts via Sheet Best and Google Sheets.
Affiliate Support Channel: You have the right to request the modification or permanent deletion of your information at any time.
How to Request Changes: Use the "Chat with Support" button on your dashboard to request data updates or account deletion.
Deletion Impact: Requesting total data deletion results in the immediate termination of your affiliate status and future tracking.
2. Partnership Program: Lifetime Attribution
We believe in rewarding the people who help us grow our ecosystem.
The "Locked-In" Rule: Once a customer uses your referral code for their first purchase, they are permanently linked to your profile in our database.
Recurring Commissions: You earn a 16.67% commission on their initial order and every future order they place, even if they message us later without a code.
Commission Calculation & Currency Conversion:
Percentage-Based: Commissions are calculated as exactly 16.67% of the total gross sale, regardless of whether the customer chooses a full STACK or a customized service package (e.g., removing branding or ordering UI/UX only).
Base Currency: The commission is initially calculated in the currency used by the customer (e.g., NGN, USD).
Conversion: If your preferred payout method is in a different currency (e.g., receiving USDT for a Naira-based sale), Emmy STACK01 will perform the conversion based on the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the payout.
Notification System: You will receive automated emails when:
A lead is captured via your unique link.
An order is completed and your commission is ready.
A linked client returns for a new project in the future.
Expiration of Commissions: Commissions only stop if you delete your data, if the customer uses a different affiliate's code, or if Emmy STACK01 undergoes a change in ownership.
3. Payments & Crypto Disclaimer
Payout Structure: Commissions are issued after the referred client completes their order and payment is confirmed.
Crypto Accuracy: When providing a Crypto Wallet Address, you must ensure the Address and Network are 100% accurate.
Liability: Emmy STACK01 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet entries; blockchain transactions are irreversible.
4. Change of Ownership & Evolution
Management Shifts: In the event that Emmy STACK01 undergoes a merger, acquisition, or change in ownership, the new management reserves the right to modify or terminate existing commission structures.
Term Updates: We reserve the right to evolve these terms to protect the agency’s health. Active partners will be notified of significant changes via their registered email.
5. Affiliate Conduct
Ethical Promotion: Affiliates must promote our Personal, Business, and Enterprise STACKS ethically.
Termination: Spamming, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the program without payout.
